Mr. Terik Hashmi is a long-time Legal Practitioner with over 30
years of law practice experience in all aspects of US Immigration
& International Law. He has practiced exclusively within the
Immigration Law field since 1995, and has represented
thousands of clients from over 140 countries & has personally
conducted over 1200 Federal Courtroom Trials relating to US
Immigration/Removal Proceedings through-out the United
States.
Mr. Hashmi is a published author of several books pertaining to
US Immigration Law, and has also served as Chief Legal Editor
for an International Legal Publication tracking the latest
International Court Decisions in Europe impacting the United
States which has been relied upon by US Law Schools, Teachers
& Judges alike.
Mr. Hashmi holds 2 University degrees as well as 2 Law degrees,
a J.D. (Juris Doctorate) from Ohio and an LL.M. (Master of Laws)
degree from the State of California in which he specialized in
Transnational Business Practice.
Mr. Terik Hashmi has dedicated his life’s path to become a true
champion of both Human & Immigrants Rights, including
representation of families, businesses, investors, diplomats as
well as Former Heads of State. Mr. Hashmi has always been at

Mike Meier is a U.S. Immigration & Visa Attorney with 30 years of experience advising multinational employers, entrepreneurs, and individuals on complex U.S. immigration matters.
Fluent in English, German, and Spanish, he has successfully prepared, filed, and managed over 1,000 immigration petitions across a broad range of non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories. He is admitted to practice in New York and earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. Corporate & Employment-Based Immigration Mr. Meier has extensive experience representing European and international companies on U.S. workforce mobility and compliance. His practice includes H-1B, L-1 (L-1A, L-1B, and Blanket), O-1, E-2 (including USCIS-compliant business plans), TN, and F-1/OPT/CPT matters. He regularly manages permanent residence processes, including PERM labor certification, EB-1, EB-2 (including National Interest Waivers), EB-3, I-140, and I-485 filings. He has advised HR and executive teams at manufacturing and technology companies such as HOERBIGER, ALUPRESS, and FESTOOL, maintaining public access files, PERM audit documentation, and I-9 compliance records. Mr. Meier is particularly skilled in preparing detailed, approval-focused responses to Requests for Evidence. Humanitarian & Family Immigration In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Meier represents individuals and families in family-based immigration (I-130, I-485), naturalization (N-400), and humanitarian relief matters, including asylum, VAWA self-petitions, and U and T visas. Mr. Meier combines strategic legal analysis with practical, client-focused advocacy to help clients navigate the U.S. immigration system with clarity and confidence.
